Returns & Exchanges

At Sidas, we are committed to your comfort and performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unworn, resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original Sidas packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
